Streaming has public domain episodes (FreeVee, Prime, Tubi, etc.)
Hello!
Sometimes streaming has it right in terms of presenting the high quality clips officially released for the DVDs of The Lucy Show. But right now, all I see is streaming from a public domain source (The Lucy Show: Vol. 1 for example represents such low quality episodes): on FreeVee, Tubi, etc. I wonder if the contract with Paramount/CBS ran out? I know I Love Lucy is now streaming on Paramount+ with excellent quality episodes. They had taken it down from other places to stream exclusively there, I believe. I may just chat with Amazon about this. |
