I don't understand - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

It's the year 2002? why are there about a billion messages on shows from the damn freakin 50s-80s and like none on the today thing? Look at will and grace and, sex and the city, those have hardly any messages on them, and then I go to the damn facts of life board, and they have about a 100000000000000000 messages on them?! I dont understand? Are yall just nick at nite junkies or what!!? I hope to give you and this board light to your dark ages minds. Be thankful Im here, I will deliver you all.

Oh, and by the way, you can be mad at me for this, but it's just a question.....it's your choice to take it the way you want.

Stop PMing me about how Im gonna be banned real soon, and all this sh't cuz I share my mind on a mind sharing message board and it offends some people well guess what in my mind Im doing my job.

People like the 50s-80's because people like the past when it was simpler times! Well, atleast thats how I feel.

I hate Will and Grace and Friends. No offense to fans, I just find the humor appelaing. I rather watch Facts or Golden Girls. Diff'rent Strokes for Diff'rent Folks!

Nah, I like 1956. But seriously, I dont come here to talk about Happy Days and what not. If I want to talk about Fonzie and Tootie, I can go to their forums, not the chitchat. What I like is what I like, and like I said, I do watch current shows- but its more fun to talk about Tooties roller-skates than to discuss Rachels baby on Friends.

Agreed! Although Im starting to get hooked on W&G, but I never liked Friends.

Because the basic point of this website is to talk about sitcoms from all generations, and most people here prefer 80's or 70's shows, etc. to Current ones.

wow... I will hold my tounge for now....But I just think the great shows of the past shoudl be appreacited for what they are. Tradition and History is part of each of us, Lets remember that and for those who want to try to bring back memories...Let us do so....I mean God, Gone with the wind premeired in 1939, And I still love it...so what?
