NO!! Mr Drysdale is WAY more corrupt than Mr Mooney. If I remember right, Mr Mooney DID like money but was overall a decent person, Lucy's antics just drove him to rage lol The way Mr Drysdale treated Miss Hathaway was horrible and would be illegal in many ways
