Starting January 4, UP will be airing Canadian drama Hudson and Rex Thursdays at 8:00 starting with the season 5 premiere. It has looked interesting from the Faith and Family ads that have aired. Description: "A police detective teams up with a German Shepherd dog to solve crimes in Newfoundland." Thursdays at 8:00 is such a stacked hour between this assuming I like it, Law and Order's return coming soon, Young Sheldon/Ghosts, and 9-1-1's new network. Yet nothing from 9-11 on Thursdays besides the last week of UK Ghosts airings, The Futon Critic just has one episode a week of Hudson and Rex airing on UP.

Episode 6 of season 5 aired last night. For some odd reason UP is skipping episode 7, next two Thursdays are episodes 8 and 9.
