sometimes i feel alone in this world not sure why but i do i try so hard to do good. don't got many friends, in this neighborhood of Mine im just online all the time not sure where i would be without my laptop.
my sister and my niece get all the attention, i try to be good friends are hard to make these days, Ido watch my DVDs but it sucks when you have to watch them all by yourself. i have a hard time talking to people face to face as well i try to talk i stand there nothing comes out. does anyone else have that problem. i just live in my Garage Apartment by myself i need get out more but not many places to go you know. not sure what to do. |

Well, your age area? Do you work out of the apt? Develop other interests than just dvd's and friends and acquaintances don't come kinockin at our doors.... If so inclined join a church. Join a book club if you are a reader. Be of service to those who need help, this deed is very gratifying. There are infinite things one can do to join in the world.

Sorry you are going through some tough times. I’m not sure of the extent of your health issues, but I would suggest getting a part time job or volunteering a few hours a week. Being able to communicate face to face will help with the social awkwardness you are experiencing. I would also suggest scripting some things you might say in different situations.
Try going to the store and having a conversation with the check out clerk. The more practice you get speaking the easier it will be. You can try joining groups with other people. You can join a bowling league. Cornhole leagues have become popular and it’s pretty easy to learn if you’ve never played. Try finding activities like that in your area. There are lots of other people in the same boat you’re in. Good luck! |
