If a NASCAR driver gets injured or dies is NASCAR responsible for the injury?
When I would watch NASCAR races I always wondered when NASCAR drivers had car crashes in races if the driver got injured or even died in the car crash is NASCAR responsible for paying the hospital bills or if a driver dies is NASCAR responsible for causing the driver's death and do they give the families some money? Because when I would watch NASCAR racing I never figured this out and it makes me think NASCAR gives tons of money to the driver's families so they can help with the care of the injured driver
