it's the first soccer game of the season tomorrow. it's like at 2 nad it's gonna be so hot. i hope we do well cuz we haven't practiced "together" that much. anyway, wish me luck. thanks pals!

ugh, you guys it was soo horrible! ok, we were supposed to be there an hour before the game, 1:15. so traffic was a bitch! seriously! it took us 45 mins to get to burbank. and it would normally take like 15. and ok, so we got into burbank 1:30 ish. i was started to worry. cuz there was still a while left. so we drove a couple of blocks to victory. then, there was this part where the road end and you have to go either left or right. so, first we went right, and my mom turned back because she thought we were going the wrong way (we were just a block away, we later found out). and so, we drive and drive. and we couldn't find it. my dad had obviously messed up on giving directions. so my mom went into ralphs and a 7-11 to ask, but no one knew. it's a town that the people who live in it, don't know the other side. and i was asking ppl in the car, while the light was red. so, it was like 2:15 now. obviously, i wasn't gonna make it. i had given up. and then, my mom pulls into this body shop and i ask the mechanic but he doesn't know, but this lady walked by and i think her daughter went to the school we were playing at and she told us. and that's when we realized, we were going the right way (when we took that right turn). so, we head back and we finally get there. so, i see my team, just sucking, and i run, with the oranges for half time in my hand, and my gym bag on my shoulder. omg, i have never ran so fast. it was like 20 mins. into the game. i got there and my coach was like throw your stuff down, tell me why your late later. and then she said your playing center. so, the game went ok. this girl, who was on the other team, and coincedentally was number 9 like me too, said "hi" to me and i said "don't try to distract me." and blah blah blah. then, after half time, some girl passed me the ball wrong and the girl on the other team got it, i started sprinting after her but this other girl, shaq's sister or something (she was like 7 feet tall) starting pushing and i was still trying to run after than girl. and then she got past one of our defenses, who was really good, and she scored a goal. i felt soooo bad. you have no idea. i keep thinking about and re-playing that moment in my head. and at the end we lost. 2-0 i think. i think they made a goal before i came. but, we only had 10 players and they had 13. and we didn't get to sub or anything. but, we did pretty good for our first game. this girl who was filling in for the goalie, cuz she couldn't make it, kept talking to us, like "move up" "go, mark up ladies" "defense!" and all. which was cool. anyway, there's no game today. cuz they moved it to 4 and me and the coach's daughter would be the only ones able to make it. and i have blisters on my feet that hurt!!! and that was very long. lol. bye now!
