Talking Favorite misunderstanding gag:

For me it's the episode where Jack and Chrissy are putting up a shower curtain.

I think i would have to say when Chrissy and jack are in the kitchen with the puppy and Janet thinks something is going on-remember her phrase-"Alright you guys knock it off"

I think I'd have to say that my favorite one is in "A Night Not to Remember" where Jack thinks he took advantage of Janet (The one where Jack really just breaks Janet's vase.) That is my absolute favorite!

So hard to think of one right away, so I'd just say any moment where someone was on the outside of a room misinterpreting what was being said. Like the one some of you mentioned with Furley dropping the toolbox and "Oh my god!" with Larry and Jack in the kitchen.

But a close second would be the cabin episode where Larry and Janet switched places and Jack started kissing Larry's hand and ended up with stubble in his mouth .

uh......

THE SHOWER CURTAIN ONE!

THE ONE IN A NIGHT NOT TO REMEMBER!

and also........

in "The Rivals" Jack is on Janet's bed wit his arm around her trying to get her to forgive Chrissy for unknowingly steals a guy janet liked. and Janet says "No Jack, i just can't!" and jack says "BUT I WANT YOU TO!" and mrs roper is listening outside the door and thinks Jack is trying to get Janet to coughcoughcoughcough and then later Chrissy comes in and sees and says "SO THIS IS WHAT GOES ON BEHIND MY BACK!" and Jack says "Come here Chrissy, join us!" and Chrissy says THAT IS DISGUSTING!

in "Professor Jack" Jack teaches this lady, Mrs. Latham, chinese cooking. And Terri comes home later and Mrs. Latham just got changed and comes out of the bedroom and says "Can you zip me" And Terri thinks she and Jack coughcoughcough then later Jack comes out and Mrs. Latham gives him money for teaching her how to cook and Terri thinks Jack is a gigolo.

i have some more faves but i will post the later

I thought of a few more:
Where Janet thinks Jacks dating THE RAPIST
and where Jack and Janet think Terris dating a murderer...well she kinda sorta is...
and when Jack and Janet think that Terris date is "nuts" LOL.
And one more I can think of, when Roper wakes up in Jack's bed...LOL

I always thought that was hilarious the way "Therapist" seperated is "the rapist".

And they just played the Terri's doctor friend one last week. I still laugh my cough cough off at that one. Tambor was so great in it. Where they go to touch each other in the restaurant and when Jack goes "Tom?" and Tambor hisses at him on the couch! .

"Boom boom diddum waddum chew!"
