THEY BOTH had a trademark language; ARNOLD would go BAH-HA-HAA, and AL would go YEH-YIP-YIPP-YIPP. I don't think I have any preference of the two of them. From all I know, they both mainly had similar beliefs, and, I think AL was a lot more involved with the whole gang

I like Al better too, though they both were good in their own way. Al was funny, sincere,& could never forget Rosa Colletti. I enjoy the episode "Love & Marriage" in which Al finally marries Chachi's mom. There's hope for me yet!

Arnold. He was funny. Al wasn't.

I liked them both. I would have loved to see them both work together as co-owners...would have been interesting.

I like both of them. Arnold can be funny, lovable, and wacky. Al lovable, warm, and kind. They are kinda alike and kinda not. Was Al supposed to be Arnold's waiter or something? He became Chachi's step-father in Joanie Loves Chachi did'nt he, after Chachi's mom married him? After the ep. where Arnold marries that Japanese girl does anyone of he remained married to her?

Hope someone can help me with my questions and this topic just put me inthe mood for some Arnold/Al questions.
