Is it true that the name "Tootie" is another slang for "Dorothy"?
You know something like "Dot" or "Dottie".
BTW, wasn't Tootie Ramsey once called "Dot" on TFoL?

I don't know if it is slang for Doroty or not, it might be.

As for her being called Dot, I don't recall that. However, in the episode Summer of '84 Natalie called Tootie Dottie.

I assume Tootie must be slang for Dorothy since the character's full name is Dorothy Ramsey.
