Why didn't Michele just walk away the first time on Press Your Luck? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I was really surprised at this week's Press Your Luck contestant Michele when I watched yesterday's episode on Hulu this morning because she got whammied in the first round but managed to score the Big 40 surprise this week which was $40,000 but when Michele got to the bonus round she should've listened and walked away with her prizes she should've held on to at the end of the first round of the bonus round. But Michele kept on going until she got whammied and only kept her $40,000. After seeing this episode and seeing all the recent episodes I suspect that the bonus round of Press Your Luck is rigged because it is impossible for contestants to win the million dollar prize and I doubt we will see a million dollar winner on Press Your Luck in the future. But Michele should've walked away with her two prizes and ended the first round

Hi, Hawkee! Yes, she should have walked away. But she got greedy and the Whammy got her. But that is what makes PYL great! I would always walk away myself. I am afraid of the whammys.
