What is EFT Tapping - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I learned about Tapping probably 10 yrs ago or so. I do it every morning as part of my Wake Up The Body routine and it sure works. I forget or don't think to do it during the day and evening as the body is drooping and I am not ready for that..so I just went thru some Tapping right now and it's amazing how my body WOKE UP...the blood got moving. So easy and costs nothing, a few minutes of your time.

On youtube I like Brian Yates EFT tapping. He has tons of them. I don't do it on a regular basis, like I used to do. I really need to do it more.

I learned it from Brad Yates and it's a small part of my life and FREE and effective.

Now beginning to think that from the years of Tapping I've been doing, could it be WHY I have enough inner peace in all damage and distress in the world and for certain the U.S. I'll have to look for a tapping support group or something similar to exchange thoughts with other tappers out there.....ummmmmmmm
