If you purchase the Ropers from someone, make sure you ask that person do they have the crossover episodes with Larry from three's company and jack and the girls because the show is really horrible. I can see why it did not last but atleast if you buy them-make sure you have the two crossover episodes-I think those are the only episodes of the Ropers worth watching

The episode that Jack and the girls visit is in the Three's Company rerun package, so you could probably see that anytime, though not uncut. You may not think it's worth it, but the person may want to see it. From the two episodes I've seen the show seems to be pretty good, but that's just me.

Well the two episodes you saw might have been from the 1st season-definitely not from the second and i know for a fact not 1980.

The pilot is from season 1 of course. The one where the trio from Three's Company guest star is indeed a Season 2 Roper episode. Also, I have a few episodes on tape, and the show is hilarious! Especially the Rummage Sale one, LOL!
