It has been stated that one of the least watch (lowest ratings) episode in the season featured the return of Jill (I think it was her last guest spot). What do you think this episode did so poorly?

Did fans become annoyed that she kept coming and going without any hope that Jill's character would return permanently?

This has probably been discussed already, but do you think FF's career would have turned out better had she agreed to return to CA for a full season?

Her biggest career mistake was leaving Charlies Angels especially still under contract. She even admitted that she was blacklisted and no one would hire her. They paid her replacement $15k per episode. I think her demand was $25k per episode and wanted 10% of merchandise sold. I heard that the network only wanted to give her a ridiculous 8%. But if they gave practically an unknown $15k per episode, she could have maybe got $20k which was lots of money in 1977.
She should have left after the second or third season. She then could have had another TV career for even more money.
Her returning for 5 episodes was part of the settlement agreement for her wanting out of her contract. That was so dumb. As far as ratings, I dont think her return so later in the series had any impact on ratings one way or the other.
