Was the Brady backyard really filmed outdoors, or was it an INDOOR set made to look like outdoors? The sky was always blue like a fake backdrop, and I know the lawn was artificial. The lighting was also too even to actually have been filmed outdoors. If you look at the Grand Canyon and Hawaii episodes that really WERE filmed outdoors you can see the difference in the lighting.

The entire house both inside and out was filmed on a Paramount set. The outdoor scenes at schools and such were studio lots that were outside. But the backyard was completely an indoor set.
