Three's Company Existed 27 Years Before John Ritter's Famous Sitcom
Three's Company the first premiered on CBS May 18, 1950, ending the same year on September 29. The description in my primetime directory: "This live 15-minute music show, which filled the remainder of the half hour in which CBS aired its network news program during the summer of 1950, featured pianists Cy Walter and Stan Freeman and the vocals of Martha Wright. When Miss Wright left the show she was replaced, effective June 28, by Judy Lynn.
