Annie Lennox's 1992 debut album Diva

I first started liking Annie Lennox when I saw and bought her 1995 Medusa album at Goodwill and that led me to begin looking for Annie Lennox albums and the second album I discovered was the debut album Diva and I mainly bought it because I LOVED the album title and when I listened to it I can see why it was a great album and Walking On Broken Glass was a great solo single for Annie and on the ballad Why she shines. I also found out that another single was released called Little Bird but I don't recall hearing it played on the radio. I do know that she had cowritten a song called Precious dedicated to her first child on the Diva album. I also discovered if you bought the CD version of the album it has a bonus track called Keep Young And Beautiful that's a cover of an old song. Were people having high hopes for Annie Lennox when she released the Diva album in 1992?
