A family owned Jewelry Store fought off a smash/grab Robber who sprayed some of them with Bear Spray and in fighting him off, ripped off some clothes he wore. This was a 1 person attempt. View the recent video below. Just doesn't end in this lawless state. And all of this stuff is way worse since

Terrible!! And it's happening so much lately !

Is this a major issue in CA only, or are other states in our country going thru this. destruction too? And seems like larger cities being hit vs small towns.
