And the Tortellis were despised as well.

If you watch the final episode of “Living Dolls” it is actually painful. Only one lone man laughs in the audience throughout the episode.

With 47 episodes, I don't consider Just the Ten of Us to have "failed." It was a good series that managed to hang around for 2 years after its debut. It was popular in syndication as well, lasting a long time.
