I keep seeing a lot of mentioning of DC's Blue Beetle which debuted in theaters today and I want to know more about DC's Blue Beetle? Is Blue Beetle supposed to be like the DC version of Marvel's Ant-Man? And does rap artist Bad Bunny play the role of Blue Beetle too? Because I kept seeing a lot of toys and merchandise featuring Blue Beetle and it tells me that DC expects Blue Beetle to become a box-office smash

Blue Beetle has been around since 1939 (though not part of DC until the early 80s), Ant Man debuted in 1962.
The version of Blue Beetle in the upcoming movie is the 3rd iteration of Blue Beetle (which premiered in 2006) with a different back story/alter ego.

Blue Beetle is played by Xolo Maridueña (from Cobra Kai)

So that's who Blue Beetle is? Judging how much hype it's getting I think DC expects it to become a summer smash and I think it will do better than Black Adam and Aquaman

Hi, Hawkee! I think Blue Beetle is not like Ant Man. He does not shrink. But I hope it is a hit. DC does not do too well with movies for some reason. Why do you think that is?
