In 1990/1991 Korbel Champagne debuted a series of commercials that are really impressive when you first see them and I can see why they are impressive. The commercials begin with a rose opening it's petals then scenes of soldiers coming home weddings and finally New Year's Eve all set to a beautiful chorus of voices then it ends with the slogan "Together We Have Something To Celebrate". This is the original 1990 commercial but the 1991 versions are identical except more scenes are added and one has a Christmas scene in Washington DC. Korbel was sure smart to design these commercials because they give a sense of holiday joy and the hope for a promising New Year. But why they changed the commercial in 1992 is odd but I like these commercials better

Hi, Hawkee! Korbel is my favorite champagne! I agree they should not have changed their commercial. Maybe they were trying to get new customers or something. But as long as they don't change the taste I will still drink it.
