Steven was so funny in the episode where he goes crazy over the light, gas, telephone, water etc. bills.

Refering to the water bill:

Steven: "What? Are you all bathing in the stuff?"

Steven: "I think we should go somewhere where there isn't television, lights, telephones."

Mallory practically has a heart-attack.

Steven: "Oh sorry, deep breath."

That episode was funny.

Another episode I thought was always really funny was when the family first meets Nick.

While the dialouge was funny, I found his overall harping to be annoying.

Michael Gross is a very good actor and is great in his part as Steven Keaton
