Sherman Hemsley's famous 1977 Nyquil commercial
Way before becoming a star on NBC's Amen a little known fact was that Sherman Hemsley was a commercial actor and one of the commercials he did was for Nyquil in 1977. This commercial appeared to be the lone Nyquil commercial Sherman Hemsley did and I'm not sure if there are other Nyquil commercials Sherman appeared in. But why Vicks chose him to do a Nyquil commercial i'll never ever know but he is funny in it
