It’s a tie between Katie, the magic rocks and the fertility statues.

Katie the gold sweating psychic is honestly one of the most underrated WTF segments on UM. Like, that was a low point for the show.

The woman who thought she was the reincarnated soul of the woman who drowned herself in the Missouri River, with the update about the guy who wanted to join in on the scam.
I'll even up the ante, a mega mix of all reincarnation segments with no breaks or interludes. |

Dr. John Branion
I think he did it. He never said one iota of feeling for the loss of his wife. It pains to her him as the victim. |

Hands down, the fertility statues segment.
I'm actually not crazy about the Alcatraz episode, either. I often find myself skipping over it. |

Glad to hear I'm not the only one re: Alcatraz. I can see maybe devoting one standard-length segment to it, at most. An entire episode? It was overkill.

While it was clearly a fluff piece and another sign the show jumped the shark, I have to admit after watching so many senseless and brutal crimes it is nice to see a happy segment with babies in it.
Perhaps someone should tell UM and these mothers how babies are created though. I have a child and definitely did not get it from rubbing a statue! |

OMG agreed!! I just can't even take that episode. As for the segment I hate that I'd watch...probably Ressurection Mary. My favorite segment is Steve Ross, and I cry so hard every time I watch it.

The Steamer Trunk Corpse segment. But only if I can shut my eyes/look away when they show his post mortem photo and computer generated composite.
Still remember where I was when I checked their site, way back in 2002, to see the new cases shown that day, and seeing his picture. ![]() I about _______ myself.
