We all know and love Ralph Malph as the loveable goofball jokester. But, in the super early episodes, Malph was not really a friend of Richie and Potsie, but a jerk to them. In these episodes, Ralph was the foil of the two boys, and picked up a lot of chicks, and drove all around Milwaukee in his Hot Rod. Does anybody know the exact episode where Ralph went from "cool ladies man Ralph Malph" to "Loveable goofball jokester Ralph Malph"?

It seems like something that happened around Season 2, which was when Don Most was promoted to the opening credits. This was when the Fonz was really starting to take off as a character too, so while Richie and Fonzie were being paired up, they started pairing up Potsie and Ralph more, as kind of like a geeky duo.
