CMT stopped airing Jason Aldean's controversial music video for "Try That in a Small Town," a spokesperson told Axios.

The only thing that CMT did by throwing the video away was bring more attention to it. I can't help but wonder if doing so was their every intention.

I usually don't like Country music but I like the message of "Try That In A Small Town" Glad to see some people pushing back

Sadly, this may not be the first time the CMT powers that be didn't want to hear what certain people chose to say. Here is another video that may have been given the finger 25 years ago.
