In the 60's Chuck Barris created what some called one of his weakest game shows in history. A game show called How's Your Mother-In-Law?. In this game show hosted by Wink Martindale a panel of three mother-in-laws got the chance to choose their future son-in-law by answering various questions read by the three son-in-laws and the panel along with the various celebrity guests decided if the answers were correct or incorrect and depending on how well the mother-in laws did the winning mother-in-law won a prize. How's Your Mother in Law was Wink Martindale's first game show after his debut in 1964 with What's This Song. The show had a weak format and lasted only 13 weeks opposite NBC's rising hit Hollywood Squares.
