Comedy channel was showing the 1982 movie, "Zapped" which stars Scott Baio and Willie Aames. Scott plays a smart student who gets mental powers after a lab experiment.

The main thing I remember from this movie is when he makes Heather Thomas' sweater fly open by using his mind!!!

I guess those two were really good friends since they starred in movies together and then, two years later, returned to star in Charles in Charge.

Yes they were freinds. I remember reading an article once that said they met each other during the Happy Days era when Willie was doing Eight is Enough and Scott was on that show. Scott was delighted when Ames got the part in 84 and I think I remember something about Baio only agreeing to the revamed version if Willie was a part of it.
