My first time seeing the episode with Jerry Reed and it was trash - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Seem like the whole revolved around him and not the characters of the show. I guess since I wasnt around at the time I dont see the big deal about some damm Jerry Reed making a guest appearance

He dominated the entire episode

The worst episode was a year before when he appeared at the diner and Tommy was obsessed with him.

He was a pretty big star at the time with Smoky and the Bandit.

I thought his first appearance was pretty good...especially when everyone kept trying to figure out how old Flo was based on her babysitting Jerry when he was 4 and she was 10.

(In reality though, Jerry Reed, Polly Holliday and Linda Lavin were all the same age, born in 1937.

)
