Default 5 Men Died Trying to Fulfill Their Titanic Dreams

I have not been following this horrible disaster and today I caught up on it. Hard to understand spending millions to view the wreckage of the Titanic and now these people are dead.

These folks were adventurers, by definition they do dangerous things for the excitement of it. Why anyone would risk their life to visit the rusted hull of a ship that sunk 110 years ago is beyond me, but it was their choice and they paid the price. Sorry to say I don't feel much sympathy for anyone doing something this stupid.

I felt the same way about Steve Irwin (The Crocodile Hunter) who made it his business to harass dangerous living things on land and sea until he paid the ultimate price.

These people died a horrific death, basically being buried alive, knowing their are going to die and then be suffocated to death.

Fools fools fools and hearing about the man who had signed up to go and then backed out, can you imagine what he's feeling, besides, the feeling of life.

I believe the expression that applies here is, "Play stupid games, win stupid prizes".

Yep! I choose to stay home, sit on my sofa drinking beer , watching TV shows or a movie, listening to music, reading a good book. Much safer than trying to find the Titanic !!

But sad all the same! Prayers for those people !

My high school had an a..hole teacher who put it upon himself to play cop against the students, always trying to catch them do something. He would walk into the boys bathroom trying to catch smokers. One day about thirty minutes after school I had to stay late and pulled out my Walkman and a..hole came up and told me radios weren’t allowed in school. He sent a couple to the office because the boy gave the girl a kiss.

He was a finalist for the shuttle. Too bad he didn’t win, because that would have made the tragedy much less of one. He’s still alive today.

These people died, because they went down in a poorly designed submarine. Its still sad and a very horrible way to die.
