DVD: On the Season 5 box sets, it is attached to episodes #148-153 as well as the bonus features like flubs, guest cast information, special footage, original openings, production notes, the My Favorite Husband radio episode entitled “Mrs. Cooper’s Boyfriend”, Behind The Scenes Slide Show: “The Fifth Season” (not on the blu Ray) & a Jess Oppenheimer Interview. On the blu Ray, it has just the original openings and closings and the My Favorite Husband interview.
