Doris Day - three formats at least.

The Lucy Show/Here's Lucy - three (maybe 4) formats

Wonder Woman - three formats (and a fourth in final ep)

Rhoda and Phyllis - more than two each depending on how you count

My Three Sons - I'd say three formats

Petticoat Junction - a completely different show by the time it ended, but how many formats?

Batman - 2 formats (three if you count change in tone)

Lost in Space - 2 (maybe 3) formats if you count change in tone and location

Josie and the Pussycats - 2 formats

Super Friends - 4 or 5

Scooby Doo - virtually countless

1. Hazel, for sure. It got rid of the Baxters, then had Hazel working for a different family in the end.

2. Suddenly Susan. It completely shifted gears after one of the cast members killed himself. IIRC, the entire cast was rid of in the last season and Susan's job moved to a different location with a new boss.

3. Joey Bishop Show. Started off as a family sitcom, then became a showbiz sitcom. Went through several dramatic cast changes and switched from black and white to color to black and white again.

4. The Odd Couple. Went from no audience in the first season to live audience in the next.

5. The Honeymooners. Started out as a skit on the Jackie Gleason Show, became its own show, then came back in a number of color specials in the 1960s and 70s.

6. Too Close for Comfort became The Ted Knight Show, with the same characters more or less (except the two daughters) and a new setup.

Charles In Charge. He worked for two different families.

Good Times. After James left and Florida just made guest appearances, it was mostly Willona, the kids and Bookman.

Valerie/The Hogan Family. They replaced Valerie with Aunt Sandy.

The Andy Griffith Show. They tried to replace Barney with Warren which was a disaster!

The show that probably had the greatest amount of cast changes - Bewitched

2 Darrins
2 Mrs. Kravitzs
2 Loise Tates
2 Frank Stevens (Darrin's dad)

Burns and Allen comes close with

4 Harry Mortons

Florida was completely absent during season five because she was living in Arizona with Carl. She was a regular cast member for all of the other seasons.
