I'm totally guessing here but, could it be the episode where Wally borrows his dad's car to drive to a track meet? And he ends up messing the car up some how? It looks to me like Wally's getting in trouble in that picture. I hope this helps. I don't know that much about LITB, But, I do enjoy watching it.
