Tillamook ice cream is seriously the best ice cream I have ever had! It's creamy and delicious and is not even all that expensive!

Roughly $8 for a 48 ounce!

Ben And Jerry's and Haagan Daaz are like $7 for 16 ounces!

As far as national brands, I don't think anything comes close to Häagen-Dazs. Sometimes you stumble on local shops that make their own ice cream, and they can be excellent. A couple of years ago, we were taken by a friend to a place on the grounds of a dairy farm in the Berkshires that was outstanding.
