Both of these shows used to come on in the 80's. How long did they last? I remember watching both of these shows when i was a kid. Dennis Farina used to play on Crime Story. He played in the movies Another Stakeout with Richard Dreyfuss & Emilio Estevez & Reindeer Games with Ben Affleck. Mario Van Peebles played on Sonny Spoons as a detective who would dress up in disguises to solve crimes. Both of these shows were good.

Crime Story was not a one-year wonder. It ran two full seasons from 1986-1988. I don't know how long Sonny Spoon lasted.
