i have regular bruises all up the one side of my leg currently..

I dunno what Stone bruises are but my whole right arm is currently bruised from the trampoline

A stone bruise is a painful contusion (bruise) on the heel or ball of the foot caused by direct trauma such as repeated pounding on a hard surface, a faulty spike or cleat, stepping on an object, or even a wrinkle in an athlete's sock.

I've never had one and it's things like this that make me glad I took up cycling instead of running. Road rash seems mild by comparison.

i'm sorry you've got a stone bruise. if it makes you feel better, i broke my toenail during soccer when we were kicking and i like pulled a thigh muscle.
