Cartoon Cartoons - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Has anybody seen any of the new cartoon cartoons that aired on the Cartoon Network over the weekend? In case there are some people that don't know what a cartoon cartoon is, it's a bunch of short cartoons that the viewers vote on as being the best.

The cartoon that gets the most votes turns into a series. Just like Courage the Cowardly Dog, PowerPuff Girls and Dexter's Lab. I've seen a couple of them. 'Commander Cork', 'Colin meets the World' and 'Fungus among Us.' The best one I've seen was 'Fungus'. Just curious.

ive seen some of them. Commander Cork,Fungus Among us, the robot one & Colin vs the world. i the only one i laughed at was Commander Cork.

I'm glad Kids Next Door and Grim and Evil won last year, they were both great cartoons. This year, im kinda dissapointed in the ones they picked out for us to pick. they all kinda suck.

I kinda saw Maktar as I was waiting for PPG to start...and I kinda saw that one with the cavemen. Obviously I was real impressed if I tuned them out so easily.

I have to agree and say that none of this years 'toons stood out as being laugh out loud funny. Very disappointing!

I used to love the Caroon Cartoons when they were first on under the name of World Premier Toons over here.
My favourite one that didn't get its own series was Larry and Steve which was similar to Family Guy and was voiced by the same person.

do u know who won? i heard it was commander cork, but i wasnt sure. i saw all of them and i liked Bagboy the best, but Commandor Cork was my 2nd fave.

I don't believe they chose the winner yet.

Commander Cork kinda reminds me of Johnny Bravo in space. My choice goes to either Fungus Among Us or BagBoy. Neither were great, but, neither were horrible either.

It seems that these latest batch of Cartoon Cartoons, were made not for laughs, but for possible merchandise sales.

yea i really liked bagboy. it was different from any cartoon out there. fungus among us really grossed me out lol. im on cartoon network right now and it doesnt seem to say anything about the cartoons.
