Red face The last season could have been better if....

I think it would have been real interesting if in the 5th season , Will & Lisa got married and found a place of there own.The last season could have dealt with Will becoming more of an adult and focusing more on being a good husband.Yet in the last season we still have a repeat of Will... going through crazyness. Then in the beginning of the 6th season we could have found out that Lisa is pregnant & to end the series finale... we could go through the crazyness of Will being somewhere else with Carlton possibly acting crazy.Lisa has gone into labor.... Carlton & Will are frantic & doing crazy stuff trying to find Lisa but in the end.... Will makes it there in time to witness his son!! I think the 6th season would have been so cool if they kept Lisa.Plus I like Nia Long & Will Smith.... there episodes together were off the roof!

Yeah, I hated that Lisa was never again on the show, or even mentioned, for that matter. Some of my favorite episodes include the ones where Will is dating Lisa. I was hoping she would come back for the last episode!

The last season would have been better if... it wasn't the last season!

I really liked it when Will was with Lisa, because it was like she made him mature. But after they wrote her out of the show, he was back to the way he was before he met Lisa, and that just sucked.

I never liked Lisa. I thought their relationship was a joke. Their was stupid episodes that made TFP bad that involved them. Most of the episodes were still funny, like any TFP episode but had a stupid, corny or not interesting plot. For example, the one where Will wears a fat suit and lisa and her guy friend catch him in the supermarket spying on them. Stupidest episode. The one where they're bowling and she beats up a thug who was hitting on her, after Will couldn't beat him up himself. Also, the one where they first meet and she ties him up, him thinking she's a lunatic, when it's really to get in a pledge. That was stupid as well. Their relationship then after the Season 5 finale were totally weird.

The only episodes I really liked with those 2 together was the 2 part- bullet over bel-air/a decent proposal, then the one where they go to therapy to help with their marriage and they get in a fight with George and Weezy (that might of been a scene in A Decent Proposal, I don't know). That was hilarious though.

Default The better ending...

This is how the ending should be corrected:

Will graduates from college on time and gets a new job.

Will finds a new better woman and get married.

The couple gives birth to new children and return to Philadelphia.

I got disappointed about that ending when Will did not finish college on time. Even if this show is no longer aired in public, the reruns arein privacy (TBS).

On off-topic, I know these other #1 shows in their own topics, "Hang Time" and "The Parkers", are not as great as this show. But their series finale endings are more advantageous than this show's series finale ending and they had both have in common: THE MAIN FEMALE CHARACTERS GRADUATING ON TIME in the series finale of their shows. So please don't get me wrong at all!

Will Smith would not be suited for a husband roll he was a joke and a goofball atleast in the eyes of the people around him like the banks, if lisa married him they would be divorced a few days later, they could barely stand each other when they were living in the little apartment together they had to see a therapist for counseling their relationship problems haha thats where we meet george and louise lol

No Will and lisa could not stand each other their was no way on earth will would be suited up to be a husband to her he was a joke and a goofball in the eyes of the other people around him like the banks they never took him serious in all 6 seasons, if they got married they would be divorced a few days later since he was childish, heck they both even saw a counseling therapist because they were having relationship problems thats where we the viewers meet george and louise and we all no those two old couple should have been divorced decades ago lol

I don't know... I say Will matured a lot while he was with Lisa. Yeah, they had problems in that one episode, but they did overcome it.

But did she say that she didn't love him? I thought she just wanted to wait with getting married. But of course, she then disappeared and was never heard from or mentioned again.
