When I was listening to music today I discovered a singer named Patty Smyth and when I listened to her I was surprised by her sound and she sounds identical to Christian singer Bethany Dillon and still continues to record music today. Patty's well known hits are No Mistakes and the power ballad Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough which she duetted with Don Henley of The Eagles and was later covered by Country singer Travis Tritt and his daughter Tyler

As lead singer for Scandal she may be best known for this one.

Patty Smyth is originally from the group Scandal? I was surprised to know that and from what I heard her solo debut album in 1992 was her only solo album she released. I listened to Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough and it's a great power ballad and really showcases her talent well

I really like Patty Smyth's Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough but I'll never understand what she sees John McEnroe.
