I'm part way through season 1. Maybe most of the way; I'm not sure.

The main character, Shaun, likes a neighbor or the therapist that's supposed to help him in social situations? I forget who Lea is. Or is she both?

What happened to the neighbor who borrowed batteries from him? Is that Lea too?

Lea is his neighbor at that point, she is not a therapist.

I don't remember that, whoever the therapist was didn't seem to last long.

I think the first meeting was when he complained about her loud music.
