Recently I tried Pepsi zero sugar (and zero calories) soda and must say for drink that have no sugar, it almost taste like a regular soda. Diet sodas tend to have a unpleasant after taste which turn some poeple off (including me), but this Pepsi leave a refreshing taste afterward.
To get best flavor out of this soda, leave it in the freezer for 15 minutes and drink it ice cold or slushy. It almost taste like a regular soda without the sugar overload ![]()

Thanks for posting that, I want to try it once the hot weather arrives.
Recently I've been trying the following zero-sugar orange punch, not bad alongside breakfast foods: |

You all know that when anything natural like sugar is deleted, chemicals are added to take over. The American bodies are a virtual chemistry lab... Drink More clean water.

Like the old saying, everything should be consumed in moderations. Unless you are eating raw fruit and vegetables and raise your own animals for consumptions, everything you eat or drink will have some type of chemical in it to make it shelf stable.

Yes, eat some real fruits and know those bottles, boxes of juices are loaded with garbage.....Make your own orange juice and add some stevia for a little more sweetness if you Need Sweet...so many don't realize all this and often end up with diabetes.

This reminds me of a conversation I had yesterday with a 50 yr long time friend and she is 1 yr older than me and the subject of dying and those in our lives and she had a friend who let her blood sugar issues get out of control and the lady died from horrid uncontrolled diabetes.. This is just one person I know of and there are millions young and old with uncontrolled diabetes...
Yeah, I know members don't want to talk about health here... And yesterday I heard a podcast or whatever it was on the Fat Kids in America, worse than ever.. 50% due to bad and too much foods. 50% due to sitting with the tech stuff.... |

Ocean Spray sells cranberry juice and Inwill get the diet version simply because the regular juice is just sickly sweet. The “diet” stuff seems to be the same but with half the sugar.
The term ZERO SUGAR to me is a bit annoying. It is like they are just shouting this fact….ZERO SUGAR! ZERO SUGAR DAMNIT! Yeah, I get it, your product has no sugar. NOT NO SUGAR SIR! ZERO SUGAR! ZERO! |

I can't tell you of any food I can't do without, because such talk "irritates" you. Does every thread have to be about food allergies, evil food producers, etc.? It's beginning to look that way. You want to live a spartan lifestyle and some foods are anathema to you. Is it realistic to expect everyone else to choose the same? You say that doctors deliberately keep their patients in poor health, yet you refer to height & weight charts that doctors have compiled...!
Did they mention that children in impoverished urban areas tend to have a much greater probability of becoming obese? Not every child can leave a post-industrial wasteland found in places like Pittsburgh and move to sunny southern California, where there's an abundance of oranges to be squeezed for homemade juice...! |

Don't forget Biff docs need sick people. I can't recall fat children in India, China, even Japan -- the Western world oh Yes. |
