In 1988 we were introduced to a New York based group named Sweet Sensation who made their mark with their debut album Take It While It's Hot. The first singles from that album were Sincerely Yours and Hooked On You and proved that Sweet Sensation really was talented at what they did. While those two songs became hits Sweet Sensation is best known for the power ballad If Wishes Came True which was a top 90's hit from their second album Love Child. Although very popular Sweet Sensation disappeared from the music scene after the lead singer was diagnosed with cancer and forced the group to retire. But during the 80's Sweet Sensation was competition with Expose when they debuted in 1988
