The happy days title was almost renamed Fonzie Happy Days becuase the Fonzie character became so popular. By the 1976-77season, The FONZ was the reason everyone who liked happy days turned on Happy Days on their TV.

Yeah, Im glad they kept it just. I also like how Garry and Ron would have stood up to the producers, if in fact it had been changed! That took a lot of guts for them to do that!! Im just glad they didnt have to!

I think some of the main characters would have left the show if the name was changed to Fonzie's Happy Days-like Ron Howard

im glad they kept it as happy days i love fonzie but it wouldnt have been fair to the other cast members.
