I can think of some more, but I’ll just list two for now. I won’t bother linking anything ’cuz they’re all pretty easy to find if you want to listen.

— Charlie Daniels did a sequel to ‘The Devil Went Down To Georgia’ called ‘Devil Comes Back To Georgia’

— Harry Chapin did a sequel to ‘Taxi’ called ‘Sequel’ (Harry was always good with titles)

The only songs that come to my mind is "In The Garden" and "Two Feet Of Topsoil" from country sing Brad Paisley. "In the Garden" is the last song from his first album. "Two Feet Of Topsoil" is the first song from his next album and when it starts you first hear the ending of "In The Garden".

Queensryche followed the 1988 'Operation: Mindcrime' album with their 2004 release 'Operation: Mindcrime 2' in 2004. But maybe that doesn't count, because that's an album, not a song.

Country singer Marty Robbins had a hit with his song El Paso. He followed it up with two sequels, (the first follow up was actually a prequel song) Feleena (From El Paso) and El Paso City.
