"345 Look At Him jive" If you grew up in the 50's you probably remember hearing The Bobbettes sing their most popular hit Mr. Lee. I discovered The Bobbettes while listening to music this morning and was amazed at their sound and Mr. Lee is such a cute dancing song and I wonder how it came to be? Because it seemed that this song was The Bobbettes only big hit and it's a shame that today's girl groups aren't like The Bobbettes because their songs were so fun. Was there a real Mr. Lee behind The Bobbettes song Mr. Lee? Bestie |
