Are you sure? I know he was on Roseanne in the first season. But that was in 1988.

He was in a Golden Girls episode. That could have been first. That show was an 80's show too. But that was just a guest starring role.

The Facts Of Life came out before The Golden Girls & Roseanne so i know The Facts Of Life was his first tv show.

Actually his first tv gig, although it was not a sitcom, was ER. He started it in 1984. Then Facts of life came in 85 for him. I found this info on IMDB

ER didn't come out in 84, it came out in the 90's

ER started in 1994. I believe the GG episode may have been his first role. I'm really not sure.

His first guest starring appearance was on Street Hawk. His first regular acting gig was on The Facts of Life. There is a halfhour E/R (a sitcom maybe?) that he guested on, that was on in the 80s.

There is two different ER's. There is:
E/R (1984-1985) and
ER (1994-Present)

-George Clooney was in both of them.

George Clooney's Roles:

E/R: George Clooney........Mark "Ace" Kolmer
ER: George Clooney.........Dr. Doug Ross [episodes 1-107]

It's confusing because they both sound alike. The difference is the [ / ]

George Clooney's first TV appearence was is E/R in (1984)

Oh my gosh I loved George Clooney in FOL he was great pluse he was alot hotter back then. One of my favorite ep that he was in was Doo Wah.

I remember the show Street Hawk, that motorcycle was fast as hell. What's the guy's real name who used to ride the motorcycle? I don't remember George making a guest appearance on there.
