After so many years of guesses, after all the voice at the end of the opening song that shouts "Hello Wisconsin!" sounded like it could be either Eric, Kelso or Hyde - it has finally and OFFICIALLY been determined that it was indeed actor Danny Masterson who in an impromptu manner shouted out the now famous and series defining phrase.
