Was This Show Filmed In New York?
I know the NBC studios are in New York so i was wondering if the show was filmed in New York. The scenes that they would show outside the house looked like New York.

I heard or read somewhere that the reason why the show was taped in New York was because Bill Cosby didn't want the cast to get mixed up in all the Hollywood glitz and glamour. So I guess this helped keep everyone grounded and humble.
