I'm from Israel, and we used to get the show for a while, and then we stopped getting it. It's been years since I've seen an episode.
Anyway, there was one episode I remember this one bit of that really amused me... I don't remember what lead up to this, but Bill (I think it was) was talking to someone (Dave?) on the phone, and said something along the lines of "Are you undermining my constitutional right to have telephonic conversations in the nude?" and later stepped out of somewhere in his underwear. So, my question is, what was it he said, exactly, and which episode was this? |

I believe that the episode name was either "4:20", or "Jackass Junior High"...I don't know exatly what Bill says, but what you said was pretty close I think...

It's from 4:20.
