1970's Viva Paper Towels commercial
In paper towels there always seems to be a competitor who is the new kid in town. During the 1970's there seemed to be a paper towel war about which paper towel was better than any other. Viva Paper Towels launched a commercial in the 1970's that seemed to be one of the earliest commercials for Viva Paper Towels. The commercial I found is from 1979 and debuts a fantastic slogan "It's UnbeVivable " a play on the word unbelievable. As you can see by watching this commercial that Viva Paper Towels really do great when cleaning up messes when other paper towels can't do and I consider commercials like this a science lesson that you don't see in commercials for paper towels today. My mom is a Viva Paper Towels user and she just likes the way Viva cleans up messes so well
